Absolutely depends on half life and training intent.
For example, I'd prefer to take an HTPA downregulating oral, such as var (as opposed to M1T) in a single daily dose around my workout time to prevent stable blood levels, and to delay HTPA suppression.
But for a true cycle, it's best to spread out and keep levels steady. You wouldn't take a 500mg Test-P shot once per week, would you?
