actuually it is 60mgs of either phenylprop or prop and 30 mgs of one or the other too. i took sust250 500mgs/week for 6 weeks and gained 26 lbs kept 22...i did sust alone with clomid tsarting 3 weeks after last shot. i had a clean diet as well...max went up about 40lbs or so
