I take all 80mgs of mine all at once in the morning with a couple shots of vodka to help it to *kick in*, then in two hours I take 10 tylenol with another couple shots to let my muscles relax and get the pills to soak into the muscle.
ha! I amuse myself. Seriously though, I find that 10(mgs) upon waking, 20 1hr pre-workout, 10 before an early dinner and the final 10 before bed works well for me.
