When should I take dbol?

morning / Afternoon / Pre workout?

I forget when to take it. 1 hr pre workout? Or space it out throughout the day?
 
I take mine half in the morning and half in the evening to keep the levels even in my body throughout the entire cycle.

I'm currently running 50mgs of dianabol a day
25mgs taken pre workout
and the other 25mgs post workout.....and getting great results.
 
I take all 80mgs of mine all at once in the morning with a couple shots of vodka to help it to *kick in*, then in two hours I take 10 tylenol with another couple shots to let my muscles relax and get the pills to soak into the muscle.











ha! I amuse myself. Seriously though, I find that 10(mgs) upon waking, 20 1hr pre-workout, 10 before an early dinner and the final 10 before bed works well for me.

I have read and listened to several different views on this one.
It seems to me that the "most" used way is to break up the mgs throughout the day.
However I have others that say do it all at one time.(a few very seasoned vets that I trust) So I'm still up in the air on this one????? 6 of 1 1/2 dozen of the other? I dont know????
More input from you bros would be helpfull!

Great question. I'd like to see replies from others. I will be starting a cycle with some Dianabol - methandrostenolone - soon.

I have heard that taking it on an empty stomach to aid in absorption is preferred. (Damn tho, I hate empty stomachs...)

I will be taking 30mg split three times throughout the day. (Unless someone here 'teaches' me otherwise) I guess the key is the very short half life of this oral. You have your choice between 1) splitting doses to ensure more steady levels of the drug in your blood throughout the day, or 2) taking it all at once, which might provide a higher overall level.

Since the half life of dball is only a few hours it's best to space it out though a bigger dose pre and post workout would make sense as long as there are other compounds in the body. (Long sentence, I know).
 
So what else are you guys taking in conjuction with the dball? just curious to see how diff your results are assuming you arent all using it with the same test compound.
 
Ran Dbol many times. Great "feel good" steroid for me. Everyone is differant but I take 10mg preworkout 10mg post. 10mg before lunch. 10 before dinner.
Any more than 60 mg starts to raise BP and brings on headaches. 40mg/day is good dose IMO. I'm at 200lbs.

I'm running 50mgs of dianabol(25mgs taken twice a day)800mgs of equipoise,and 500mgs of testosterone enanthate a week,100mgs of testosterone propionate eod..........and fucking love it
 
Test E and EQ

Simple and basic. Adrol at the end.

cutting after will be Test P, Tren, Test C. See how it goes, might add in some anavar and clen at the end to clean it up.

This whole program is roughly 8 - 9months keep in mind
