when should i do my next sust shot!

i took one tuesday at 5pm i was thinking of taking my other one tomm around noon! or should i wait till sat? Oh im on 500mgs of sust a week!

It wont matter much with sust unless your doing it ed or eod. Once a week is fine or you can do them about 3 days apart.

i do 2 a week! hah..shit 1 cc of sust kicks my ass i cant imagine 2

so you're running this at 1000mg wk right?is this your first cycle? if so i would leave everything as it is since your receptors should respond really good to your first cycle....RADAR

ok let me rephrase this! Im on 500mgs of sust a week. But i do two shots a weekof 250mgs! Cause doing 1 shot of 500mgs i wouldnt be able to walk the next day!
