Sup bros.... Im 25 5'9 13%BF been lifting for about 6 years...I am 3 weeks into my cycle...which will be a 15 weeker of 600EQ 250 Test E and 3 weeks of winny tabs at the end....Im not doing a bulker I want clean gains and i want to be pretty ripped by the end....Im already feeling vascular and the pumps..apetite is up and after the gym I still have energy....Ive never done cardio before due to asthma but I have inhalers so im good...

Question #1

Can I do 30 mins of elyptical after each workout or will this hinder my muscle gain?

Depends on your goals. It seems you aren't entirely bulking or cutting...so I'd recommend doing some cardio like you are doing, 3 times a week. The best time to do it is first thing in the morning, at least 6 hours before your weight workout. The second best option is doing it right after your workout.

I also suggest you don't only do steady state aerobic conditioning. Keep your 30 minutes elyptical to twice a week max and for the third session do some high intensity interval training, like interval sprints (running or swimming), hill sprints or some circuit training. I don't have time to post the rationale right now but t nation has some great articles about the benefits of higher intensity interval training versus the standard 30 minutes easy eliptical, check them out.

i'm on 600 mg eq 500 mg enan and i'm gonna start cardio at my 8th week..

I def agree with all these posts. You really need to know what your goals are in order to know when to do cardio. cuz you will def lose size doing cardio. but if you are looking to lose weight cardio in the am on an empty stomach would be the best time. post work out cardio seems for me to be best to give a balance of uping your aerobic capacity and maintaning size. for a fitter looking physique use interval training using plyos and sprints (@ 75%). You kinda have to walk b4 you can run tho. meaning you may get some pulls if you come out of the gates sprinting. so try and ease your way into the more intense interval training by jogging a few miles (for a few weeks). And reality it really depends on 2 things. 1) what are your physique goals...mass or weight loss. and 2) is your body ready for the training you are planning to incorporate into your routine.
