When On Winny I Should Take.....

i'M about to embark on a 6 week Winny cycle and will be taking the following supporting supplements:

ALA: 600-1000mg/Day
Flax Oil: 2 tbsp/day
Milk Thistle:1000-1500mg/day
Saw Palmetto: 320mg/day
Vitamin C: 3g/day
Usual MRPs/ Protein powders.

Anything missing?
 
How about some Deca Durabolin?

I was taking winny and ran out of deca two weeks b4 the end of the cycle. My joints felt like I was suffering from arthiritus

Take some Deca man.
 
It all sounds good....IF you could get some deca, I'd do it...200 mg a week will be enough to ward of the dry joint pain associated with winny use. I'd also bump the glutamine up to 15 g a day.
 
NAC is good.
Up the ALA dosage. My liver values were still high and I was using 1200mg/d of ALA.
Use Milk Thistle.
And get extra anti-oxidants.
 
ANYONE KNOW OF ANY LIVER/ SKIN PROTECTANTS?
(OTHER THAN TYLER'S DETOX?)
DOSAGES FOR NAC AND ANY OTHERS?
