Do you guys think that calories or protein or carbs is more important for lean muscle growth when using steriods?? I was just reviewing my diet and was wondering.
1.5 grams protein per 1lb is better imo and carbs 1.0 to .5 per 1lb body weight 75%carbs before 4pm or about 8 hrs before bed. the rest spread out equally. this works on or off obviously
