On Jan 30, I'll have been taking 1g/wk of sust for four weeks. My strength is up and I've got mass gains as well. I think I've gained about 10 pounds in the afore mentioned time frame. With 1g/wk of sust, I figured that I'd put on some damn good mass during this 12 week cycle. I'm just wondering when it's going to kick in more and the increases be more dramatic. Or, with sust, is it gradual all the way through? Thoughts? Opinions?
