When is this sust REALLY going to kick in?

On Jan 30, I'll have been taking 1g/wk of sust for four weeks. My strength is up and I've got mass gains as well. I think I've gained about 10 pounds in the afore mentioned time frame. With 1g/wk of sust, I figured that I'd put on some damn good mass during this 12 week cycle. I'm just wondering when it's going to kick in more and the increases be more dramatic. Or, with sust, is it gradual all the way through? Thoughts? Opinions?

You should notice it by now. Sust is a little slower than other esters but week 5 it should be in full swing.

I definately notice the increases in both size and strength. I had heard once before that sust takes a little longer to really get going, I just needed some outside verification.

/\ yup.............., but if your a serious ecto, then maybe even close to 6k.....but you seem to be a big boy with those stats. so 4k-5k should def have you growing. also gotta know what to eat and when, timing is crucial

amen to that...now that i started slin, i pay much more attention to my post workout meals and i have really noticed a difference.
 
make sure your protein intake is SKY high


even though my protein intake is on the high end sometimes when I eat a whole chicken for example I will wake up the next day visible tighter and bigger looking

also I stay way form Liquid protein sources and limit it to post workout
more of a reliance on Solds have improved my look.

Since I'm pretty much a meso, I'll keep it between 4000 and 5000 calories.
