This is a pic of when i was 13. I weighed 120 lbs and had 8% bodyfat. i just turned 15 and i weigh 155 with 4% bodyfat...what you think?

Though I'd have to honestly say there is no HEALTHY way you can be 4% bodyfat right now. I think you're exaggerating a little. 4% is contest ripped, is very hard to maintain.......and is tough on the body and the mind in general

Well, 4 % is almost impossible for you - and why would you need it????

Even 7-8 % is hard to hold for most people, especially if you aren't on roids and are trying to gain muscles at the same time

no i am not gona juice anytime soon...right now i 155 and i am gona try to get up to 175. i am gona take cell tech creeatine and para deca. it is not the deca steroid one but something like andro propers. i took andros before and i gained 10 lbs in a week!! i eat really well and keep track of everything. today i ate 6,000 calories! it was 317 grams of protien i forget the rest but i eat healthy...do u guys think i could get up to 175? i was thinking it would take me like 3 months. what do u think?

ps: Molle 23 i was on exenadrine...so it is possible!

Second of all, 6000 calories is a lot bro. There is no need to over exaggerate. I stuff my face and get down 3500 or so, but that's all CLEAN calories.

You don't need to pump yourself up to prove anything......we will only think less of you if you actually do lie.
