happened to me end week 2 beginning week 3.....was doing incline bb bench when a weight i normally struggled with felt ureasonably light, i was blown away....dont look for it just let it happen.....good luck

Typically after the second week. There is variation between individuals. I start to get all the benefits towards the end of the second week.
