When do you start to take your AI?

Hey,

I'm going to start my Test p and Tren a cycle next week.
Will run Aromasin ans Dostinex during it, because I'm very sensitive to gyno.

My question is should I start to take my AI before 1 week I start the cycle? Aromatase Inhibitors basically prevent the aromatase enzyme from doing its job, I guess they need time to stabilize plus if the estrogen is already too much it will be harder to prevent gyno...even though it's a type 2 AI and it irreversibly cuts off estrogen production from the enzyme it attaches to.

When I used Arimidex I always started two weeks prior to the cycle.

imo, you can start the same time as you start tren, because it will take tren a few days to buildup. but if your as sensitive as you say i would start a week early just to be safe

I use test c longer halflife than prop but i start AI day before first injection
