When do you guys EAT?

Every 2, every 3, whenever you feel like it, more often than not? Curious.....are you always snacking when you are trying to put on weight? Any cardio?
 
usually:

9am
lunch
3pm
530 (train)
7pm (post-workout shake)
8pm

lots of small meals right now since i'm cutting. when i bulk, i add 2 meals, plus the meals that i have are a lot bigger. as for cardio, i'm doing 20 mins 3-4 times a week (high incline walking, intervals, or 2 miles as fast as i can).
 
oh and usually every 2hrs....

cardio is good all the time.... should help you metabolize the food you do eat more efficiently.... even though i never do it :)
 
I try to eat every 2.5 - 3hours. That is when I am hungry.If I get hungry besides that I eat. I do HIIT training and not the so called cardio. Works for me
 
I eat at about 8:30-9 am, again at around 10 am, lunch is at 12 noon-ish, again at 2:30-3pm, workout 5:30-7:30 pm, dinner at 8pm
 
Breakfast 7:30-8:00am
Snack 10:30ish
Lunch 12:15
Snack 4:30ish
Dinner/PW Shake 8:30ish
*sometimes add one more meal, can all depend on my hunger and activity level that day
