When do you do rotator cuff exercises?

Do you do them only on a specific day (i.e. Shoulder day) or do you do them before or after a whatever workout you choose?
 
I work my rotators on my cardio day. They get a little bit of work with a lot of body parts but doing them before my cardio lets me totally focus on them. For me it's easy to get lazy and blow them off if I do them on a lifting day.

I work them on both my shoulder and chest days. After I'm done with my stretching and before my warmup sets, I usually do a few rotator exercises.

He probably means that since incline involves the front delts to a degree, then the rotator cuff is involved as well.
