When do you do cardio??

I have pretty much never done cardio cause I was never really concerned about cutting up and dont really play any sports (competitively). I always just wanted to be big. But last time I got big too quick which resulted in me having a hard time moving around, getting upstairs, and breathing heavy often. So this time I am going to get my body and heart ready for the size increase this time.
SO when do you do your cardio? I thought about doing it before a work out but dont wanna get tired out.... And lately I have been actually wanting to run after my workout but am unsure if I should or not.... Or should I just do it at a completly separate time of day?? So which is it??
Before workout?
After workout?
Different time?

in the morning,,,first thing outta bed,,,,on EMPTY stomach

Never. I train 5 days a week and everyday I'm walking or riding my bike. I play handball too. That's all the cardio anyone needs. As exercise, it's not going to make much of a difference. I don't believe doing it on an empty stomach makes a bit of difference. Stay active. Train hard and break a sweat and get your heartrate up by taking short rest between sets. Build as much muscle as possible and control your cals. That's what makes a difference.
