this week is the last week of my sust 500 mg wk cycle. My last shot is on friday. I know that i start clomid 3 weeks after my last shot. I was wondering when i should start my avena sativa.

just do the clomid you dont need the avena unless you want to add it later after the clomid if you want

I would actually say that 2 weeks after your last shot is best.

And you can't go wrong with Avena Satvia for a bit of help.
