S sandals New member Jul 14, 2001 #1 I'm in my 7th wk of first cycle. I went from 204 to 220. The gains were gradual. Oh maybe there was a spurt during the 4-5 wk. But I was wondering when can I expect a slow down? Can I expect gains still immediately after the cycle?
