When cutting ...

I'm doing a cutting cycle of Test E /Tren E.
Workouts end always after 10pm so here's the big question :

Can i just drink my maltodrextrine(50gr) and whey shake (80gr) before going to bed and get away with this or do i still can eat something after ?

Workout ends also with 25 mins cardio 4 days a week.

I'm a bit in the dark here as i don't want to compromise the fatburning but neither want to underfeed the muscles.
Aim is to hold more or less same bodyweight, just drop a few pounds but loose more fat.

I heard that the malto get's you crashing real quick so that's why i want some oppions here.
 
Basically are you saying that you want to remain the same size in muscle mass but just drop a few lbs of fat?
In simple terms...just drop your bf%?
 
I would take my post workout drink with me...down it immediately following your lifts...

Then your cardio...wait 30 minutes...

Then eat some lean protein before bed...

I workout late and have had pretty good results with this exact scenario.

How important is it to include maltodextrin after a workout? I am 33, and I have been working out for the past 20+years. Usually 45min-1hr of resistance training, followed by 30min-1hr of cardio.
Then I go home and shower and eat within 1/2 hr.
Will the cmplx carbs help me a lot more after lifting? Is it better for your body? Sorry for the noob question, but I've never used maltodextrin after a work out. Should I?

I'm actually new to the Malto myself...

Its working pretty well...but I use a mix of dextrose (corn sugar) and Maltodextrin.

I drink this immediately following workout and your case before cardio.

Then I have chicken breast and green beans for my last meal of the day.

Indeed :) , actually drop alot of fat.

I can say i already lost a great amount , but i was just wondering if it would stagnate fatloss when still having a meal before bedtime ... because then i'm going to high in cals i think. And the thing is i can't remove a meal during the day because i'm already eating not much.

Hanging around 2500 cals of wich 50gr fat , 200gr carbs and 320gr protein

Your glycogen depots are completely depleted after your cardio, so i think it's the most important to get them refilled asap with carbs like maltodextrine who get absorbed by the body immediatly.

If you wouldn't use malto but just go for your whey shake alone, a large amount of the protein will get used to restore glycogen depots instead of repairing muscle if i'm correct ... anybody can tell me otherwhise if i'm wrong, no offense taken.

This isn't a smart way to lose fat bro.... When you consume the post workout drink, you get an insulin spike, which HALTS fat burning..... So, you wanna do the cardio BEFORE your drink.... You have a Full Hour Window after Lifting to get the drink in, so no worries there..... Try it that way instead.....

My concern was lean mass not the magical FUGGIN window!!!

If you workout with any intensity, and then add 30 minutes of cardio untop of it...I wanna lose fat not muscle.

If the diet is right, the fat is coming off anyway.

Not to mention I have lost roughly 35 lbs over the last two months and my strength levels have gone up without anabolics!!!
