This thread turned into a pissing contest and fast. Let me set one thing clear though regarding Athernigy's cycles: I don't konw if he does that much but if he does he sure as hell shouldn't be. I'm pretty small compared to most bodybuilders - was 220 at 5'10" and 10% bf at end of last cycle - and I'm still bigger than he is, or was in the pics I saw of him a few months ago (don't know if he blew up in that time but I highly doubt it). I'm probably using more than I NEED to be here as well going up to 1g of test a week on my fourth or fifth cycle - I do not recall presently. i still gain at least 20lbs a cycle each time - though I tend to lose a fair bit then gain it right back when I go back on. Anyways, I plan to compete come spring and guys like JC21 do compete and frankly his doses make sense with ihs stats and experience. Do not overdo because you are anxious to be huge. You will use way too much for your system, then your body will become dependent on higher doses and you will need to fork over much more cash to keep getting bigger. 500mg a week of test is an amazing first cycle. You can gain like a monster. Hit up some fina and a littel bit more test next time (600mg a week) and you'll gain like you did the first cycle. Keep going and slowly up your doses and before you know it you'll be all "how the fuck did I get to 1g of test a week?" You're selling yourself short by jumping in too fast. I have found that it is true that the more you use the more you gain but the relationship is not linear. That is to say, if you use 500mg on your first cycle you can easily gain 25lbs, wherever if you doubled that dose first time around you may add an extra 5lbs. Worth it? Not at all.
