Day One
Triceps, Biceps, Forearms,Abs Two
Chest, Light Shoulders, Calves, Abs Three
Back, Light Forearms, Abs Four Quads, Hams, Calves, Shoulders, Traps (Sometimes I throw in a set or 2 of cable crossovers for fun lol) Five Off
just a thought... i think it's better, (or actually a better way of putting this is more convenient) to do biceps/back and triceps/chest on the same day because you work a lot of the back muscles while training biceps, and vise versa. Why do you have light shoulders in there and abs 3 days in a row?
alot of ppl do abs with every workout...arnold did and I dont get good results from bicepts back and tris chest ive been down that road a few times just doesnt work for me. also i have a light shoulder day where i do a couple sets because my shoulders need it to grow (trust me it works for me)

yeah everyone is different.. whatever works for you. And what works for arnold probably works for 1% max of the people who lift. He did some of the craziest shit lol
One thing I have to critique is on day FOUR. Since your doing legs once a week, how in the hell are you able to work shoulders and traps in the same day? I guess depending on your goals, you should be squashed after your leg workout. Personally I can't even think about doing anything more on leg day. It just says to me that you aren't training hard enough. maybe combine shoulders with chest and light shoulders with leg day if you are determined to do other muscle groups on leg day. that just me tho
today was leg / shoulder day... I did 5 sets of squats (strait angle) 4 sets hack (close toed) 4 sets leg press(wide angle) 4 sets leg ext 3 sets lying hams and 3 sets single ham raises with free weight lunges between all sets. then about 10 hours later I came back and did shoulders traps abs and calves and 30 min of incline walking. called an am pm split my friend... does it sound like ive worked my legs?
two a days huh. only on legs? that works. maybe add some deads or straight leg and eliminate lying leg curls. but whatever works for you. are you training to failure? whenever I do legs, I want to get so kacked I feel like throwing up. haha

4 days in a row with no rest? whats the point of doing light forearms? Forearms recover quick you could do normal forearm workout both times and you would be ok.
Why not try this instead
Mon - shoulder, tri
Tue - back
Wed - rest
Thur - chest, bi
Fri - legs
do abs on back and legs days if you really want, nothing else left out and you get rest days between!
Its the routine thats working for me...forearms and shoulders are 2wice due to my own weakpoint training. and I hate days off . the gyms my highpoint I love it. I take plenty of rest time and I know when my muscles have recovered. I enjoy having an arm day because genetically my strong points are back chest and legs so I make sure im fresh for my arms to go the extra mile. I change my routine up about every two months or so so in another 25 days or not ill have a diff routine but im really digging the one im currently on....it took alot of trial and error....
I like total body or upper/lower splits and I make my best size and strength gains training 3 days a week. I don't really go into the gym with training a certain body part in mind. I tend to focus my training on lifts not specific muscles.
