Whats your Chest workout routine

I am lookin to start a new routine, what do you do.
I currently do
5x8 Flat Bench press
5x8 Decline barbell press
5x8 Incline barbell press
3x8 flys
 
for decline/incline I do i set of 45, then 4 of 50(dumbells)
For bench press I do
1st rep 180x8
2nd 185x8
3rd 190x8
4th 195x8
5th200x8
for flys i do 30pds for 5 reps
 
IMHO, 18 sets of bench work is a little much in one w/o. But hey, I used to do nearly the same exact thing. Nowadays, it's

Bench 5x5
Incline DBs 3x15 (due to DB availability)
Flyes 1x21 to stretch 'em out a little

I'm currently benching 2x a week, & not having any recovery issues. I don't count any warmups before my 5x5 target weight, though.

If you're benching once a week, you may be OK with the volume.

flat bench - 4 sets of 5-8 reps.

incline dumbells - 4 sets of 5-8 reps

thats it!
 
I'm doing a 5x5:

Flat bench 5x5
Incine DB press 2x8-10
Incline DB flyes 2x8-10
