Whats your chest routine like?

Every other chest workout I do pushups w/1 arm on a med. ball then alternate. I do 20 pushups e/arm then 20 pushups w/feet up on a bench for declines. 3 x 20/each arm/ feet up. What else have you guys done to get an even greater pump at the end of your chest routine?
 
always stretch and warm down. It helps.

You can also do 2 sets, low weight, lotsa volume, i.. 20 reps each. Done slowely with perfect form will get you a nice pump after your workout.
 
Fascia stretching. Lay on a flat bench with two moderately heavy DBs. Let the DBs down in a fly position and hold the stretch for 60-90 seconds. Do this at the end of your workout.

i dont get this 'pump' effect... 'pump' doesnt equal growth, who else agrees?

the first 4 years i trained i never got this pump feeling, until i started taking pump supplements. in fact, that pump feelings give me less range of motion.
 
thats all some good stuff boys..thanx. I agree dips are a great exercise throw a 45lb under you and try and get 15. That always does me in. I also like doin lt. wt. reps to. Burn'em up.
 
I've been doing progressive overload..

that's 70% of my max secret is only allowing 30 seconds between sets.. yes.. it hurts..

6 sets 6 reps incline dumbbell
6 sets 6 reps decline
6 sets 6 reps cross over cables
