I started lifting just after high school, I weighed 140lbs. Now(I'm 26)I'm 245lbs with pretty low bf(I have 4 abs without flexing). Just started a pretty good cycle so hope to get about 260 when I'm done.
Will never be skinny again
Graduated from high school - 5'8" 137lbs and 6% bodyfat (majorly shredded from wrestling although skinny as hell). Now 11 years later, 5'8" 198lbs and about 7%- 8% bodyfat. Not many cycles (yet) but plenty of heavy powerlifting over the years.
I started lifting at 16 I was 5'9 12o pounds bf% was probably like 5%.Im now 23 ive been cycling on and off for the last year only.Im 5 11 215 bodyfat probably around 15% my bench went up 170 pounds my arms went from 10 1/2 inchest to 15 1/4 inches cold ...dom ,
My goal is 185lb. / On the seefood diet (I am eating evrything I see!!!)
1st Cycle ever: TTDeca300 and Test Prop150 (adding D-Bol now)
I have a very proportionate body. My body has change a lot. It looks extrmeley muscular and defined. My arms grew 1 1/2" and also my legs. My chest can be seen through a T-Shirt and my traps look great (I mean for my weight) I like myself better now!!! And people are starting to notice the changes!
march 2001 : 5'11 265lbs about 35% body fat ( just starting)
may 2001: 5'11 245lbs about 26% bf ( natural
Sept 2001: 260 about 23%bf (natural)
Now: 267 about 20%bf ( 1st cycle )
As you can see i was a fat fuck, still am, but nothing like what i was, my love handles used to stick out past my shoulder and i could rest stuff on my gut. now im a lot bigger and people dont even recognise me anymore, my goal is 240 - 250 and about 12% bodyfat.
