what's your before and your now ?

I started lifting just after high school, I weighed 140lbs. Now(I'm 26)I'm 245lbs with pretty low bf(I have 4 abs without flexing). Just started a pretty good cycle so hope to get about 260 when I'm done.
Will never be skinny again:D
 
Graduated from high school - 5'8" 137lbs and 6% bodyfat (majorly shredded from wrestling although skinny as hell). Now 11 years later, 5'8" 198lbs and about 7%- 8% bodyfat. Not many cycles (yet) but plenty of heavy powerlifting over the years.
 
Began @ 165 pounds with 17% bodyfat

Started working out, got to 140 pounds with 6% bodyfat

Now @ 175 with 12% bodyfat

Supreme goal is 195 pounds with 8% bodyfat.
 
I started lifting at 16 I was 5'9 12o pounds bf% was probably like 5%.Im now 23 ive been cycling on and off for the last year only.Im 5 11 215 bodyfat probably around 15% my bench went up 170 pounds my arms went from 10 1/2 inchest to 15 1/4 inches cold ...dom ,
 
last december 162lbs 9%
this november 210 10% 5'9"

dbol+test+anadrol+fina=unlimited weight gain every cycle with no time off.
 
Recently I just gained 22lbs!

1 year ago 6'0'' 186lbs. 15% still natural
Now 6'0" 204lbs 13.7% (one cycle 6 months ago)

Hopefully summer 212lbs 9% (one mini, one full)
 
First started working out at 17.

17: 6' 140 at 12% bf (small guy)

19: 6' 190 at 14% bf (still natural)

19: 6' 225 at 16% bf (after cycle)

March: 6' 220 at 8% bf hopefully
 
Before I was 180 pounds know I am consistenly 230. About five years later. MY entire body composition has changed as well.
 
I played soccer in college..right center mid.
I weighed somewhere around 130 at 5'10 4-5% BF

4.5 years later
still 5'10
195lbs

I've only done 2 cycles...most of my gains came natural. I went from 130 to 195 natural. Dropped to about 170 now at 195 about 6% BF.
 
6'3" AND 9% BF - started at 149lb

Now- 6'3" 10%BF and 164lb.

My goal is 185lb. / On the seefood diet (I am eating evrything I see!!!)

1st Cycle ever: TTDeca300 and Test Prop150 (adding D-Bol now)

I have a very proportionate body. My body has change a lot. It looks extrmeley muscular and defined. My arms grew 1 1/2" and also my legs. My chest can be seen through a T-Shirt and my traps look great (I mean for my weight) I like myself better now!!! And people are starting to notice the changes!

march 2001 : 5'11 265lbs about 35% body fat ( just starting)

may 2001: 5'11 245lbs about 26% bf ( natural

Sept 2001: 260 about 23%bf (natural)

Now: 267 about 20%bf ( 1st cycle )

As you can see i was a fat fuck, still am, but nothing like what i was, my love handles used to stick out past my shoulder and i could rest stuff on my gut. now im a lot bigger and people dont even recognise me anymore, my goal is 240 - 250 and about 12% bodyfat.
 
When I started somewhere around 6yrs ago I was about 178lbs,
probably around 18%bf in at 5'8"



Currently on 1750mgs of enanthate/omnadren (5weeks in) 230lbs and just a little over 10%.

After I drop my water weight I should come in at around 217-220 at 8% or so.

I dont compete and am not very comfortable having my bf much lower than that.

All in all, Im very happy with my year by year accomplishments.

2 year progress, 4 cycles. mainly equipoise, anadrol, dbol, test, deca, winstrol.
 
HS Grad 6'3" 185#12%

@29 years 6'4" 270#still around 12% yeah I'm old but I look 23-24

NO ONE recognized me at my 10 year reunion, it was pretty funny.

Worked out naturally for most of that time, first cycle was 15 mos ago.

I just started to juice in Feb of this year.. I was 6'4" and weighed 170 lbs.. im now about to start my 3rd cycle and im @ 215 lbs....
 
first started working out serious 2 yrs ago i was 135 before juice i was 165 and after my first cycle im 180
