whats wrong with the army

I spent the last three years of my life serving my cuntry in the army.I got out just to take a little brake.got a Felony FORE SOME RELLY STUPID REASON and now the wont let me back in

What was the felony for?

The Army can't let you back in because if you're a convicted felon you can't arm up with a weapon, so it kinda of negates being the military in the first place.

it was prolly serious cuz they overlook minor offenses.

I'm going by the Army regulations.......

You can't arm up if you have a Felony......

Bullshit. Marijuana offenses can be felonies and they are hardly "serious".

What about drug offenses that are roids related?

In Canada interfering with a dead body is a felony, but I'd hardly consider that "serious" too.

The domestic abuse thing.....never heard of that.....

As far as I know, it's just Felonies.

Other than that, they will always want you back.

I meant they cant give a weapon after that.So they chapter you out.believe me i was in alaska.the pastime for 9 months of winter was drinking.happened a lot.
 
I had a drug charg when i first got in they just got me a waver from a general and i was in. I think its just violent crimes they dont like.thats stupid.youd think thaed want violent people.

You should have gotten the best lawyer you could get, even if you gotta go in to debt, at least you wouldn't have that felony on your record.

They have ways to reconstruct things and find out what happened. If you were jumped there would be evidence, if you were legitimately driving away and 'accidently' hit one of them, there would be ways to determine that.

Still considering the reserve portion of it. I don't mind the running, but I hate pull-ups... well my right shoulder hates pull ups.
 
I've had bad luck when it was 2 against 1 which is horse shit.

Oh well....some day everything will be vidoetaped and the "word" of gangs will carry less weight.
 
they looked me up with no bail i have a family to tack care of so i took the first plee without jail time thy gave me.got grabed by the balls by the court sistum id say.i paid 1800 for the lawer to and he sucked

Running is catabolic to your muscles....

If your shoulder can't take the pullups you shouldn't be in the Marines at all.

You should not have taken the plea, and should have fought everything.....

Found a better lawyer and made them wish they woulnd't have tried to railroad you.

no chouse some on hase to put the food on the table cant do that frome a gail cell.plus jail sucks dident wont to be thare one scacond longer then have to

Sorry to act like I know more then you, but are you sure that you have a felony. In general a felony conviction is based on the time received at sentencing.... I belive it also depends on which state you were convicted in as well. Most states require a 1 year sentence no matter the charge... S o in the end your conviction status whether it is a misdemeanor or Felony is based off on you sentence....


How do I know this? I was sentenced to a two year stint in a Naval Brig while in the Air Force.....Even though my crime in the civilian world would have got me either a fine or a 6 month stay, the Air Force was nice enough to let me stay in a cell for 2 years. I got out after 11 months though. But even though the crime was not a felony, the sentence time got me in the end....

Kind of shitty the way things are set up in this world...

Anyway, you might want to get a background check done to see what is really on your record... Either through one of those online sites or directly through the NCIC.

Dang when you are applying for a job at burger king.....even they ask if you have ever been convicted of a felony.......
and i may be wrong but isnt the army more important than burger king?

Couplea years back in T.O. there seemed to be a lot of these. Swarmings by 10 - 20 kids, People got seriously hurt, killed etc.
