whats wrong whit him?

one of my friends is having BIG sleeping problems, and i mean big.
last day he said to me he havent sleept more than 2 hours the last week!

his gf is worried to, as am i.

hes a big dude, and in his 40s.

right now i think hes on test/deca/growth.
hes getting benzos from the doc, but it doesnt help he says.

he said that the growth is making him feel like theres ants all over him.

so this friday he took his last shot of gh.
yesterday, he said that he still had problems sleeping.

can it be the gh?

they just moved, and hes been pretty busy whit toher things too.

can it be stress?
i said to him to go and do tests to see that everything is alriht, but he doesnt want to.

last couple of months hes been having a hard time drinking sertain proteinshakes, that he had no problem whit before.

he say he gets bad in his stomach and sick.

wtf!

this guy is my mentor and a big inspiration, and im worried for him.

but it usually evens out with Naps.
 
he doesnt take any drugs, only aas.
i dont know the dosages thou.

i think he said that it could be the gh, so im asuming the lack of sleep had begun when he started the gh.

hes in his 40s, been juicing since his 20s i think.

has passed hid natural potential offcourse.

testosterone gave me insomnia. i would wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning wanting to knock some heads, i took out my aggression at the gym. if my gym didn't open early then i dunno wat i would do. then in the early afternoon i would take a 2 hour nap. that was my strategy to deal with it.

taking stuff from the doc to help you sleep is opening up a big can of worms. once you get hooked its like crack. you are hooked for life and its hard to wean off.

is he drinking ANY caffeine? if so he needs to cut it out immediately. worst case drink no later then 1pm.

i believe insomnia is a made up condition. your lifestyle makes it real. for example i know an X with insomnia, she drinks diet coke all day which has an insane amount of fake sugar and caffeine. and she wonders why she cannot sleep. when she hung out with me i only would drink water and miracously she would sleep fine at my house.

for your friend he needs to stop his cycle immediately and allow the esthers to clear the body.. if its the test causing him insomnia then logically that is the simplest solution. just STOP wat is causing it.
 
I've suffered from this since I was in my teens. The following has helped me:
Diet (what you eat when you eat it such as sugars, cafeine, etc). Make a pattern (turn off the TV at a certain time every day, including weekends), Lunesta (this was God sent for me. I dont take it every day but at least 3 times a week), dont go to the gym too late (takes a while to whine down) dont consume alcohol in excess (knocked me out for about 1 hour then I was wide awake)
 
Not trying to encourage drug use. But i have alot of sleeping problems too. I have stayed up for 5 days streight. When im stuck in awake mode i smoke some weed. And im GTG. Also nice when your bulking cause you can eat like a fucking champ

If he feels like ants are all over him ,its the HGH and that alone will keep you awake.
 
yeah im leaning toward the gh.
its some ug shit he have come over, and i started then, the insomnia.

he cut that out now.
havent talked to him for a few days but ill give him some good advices ive gotten from u, thanks again guys.
 
I have hypothyroidism. Off cycle I need 6-7 hours of sleep to be normal. Even running 400mg of test gets me going and I an get by with 4 hours of sleep, and I sometimes have trouble sleeping.

I would recommend he ends his cycle.

Also, as stated above, GH could be the issue. There is some bad GH coming out of China and the side effects can be nasty. It may take a while for the effects to wear off. Nobody knows what the hell is on some of the GH coming out of China.

Coming off cycle could also be an option. I know I need more sleep when I am doing PCT.

okay so everyone agrees it could be several things. but while we are on the subject on sleep let me add this. when i was in high school and got into weightlifting one of the first books that taught me the sport would mention SLEEP a lot. so since then I have studied sleep and have learned several simple things to do to help people get better sleep.

1. use the bedroom for sleep and sex only. get rid of the tv, the dog (make him sleep in another room), the book, whatever. people dont realize how much time they waste having a tv in the room and how disruptive it can be keeping you awake.
2. get rid of an alarm clock or hide it from view (crazy i know, but do you realize how often you look at that thing at night?)
3. wash your sheets atleast once a week with scent free detergent
4. get hard flooring, carpets are dirty
5. keep the area clean, that includes behind the bed and under
6. paint the room a calming color like light blue.
7. do not consume sugars or caffeine after 1pm.
8. like said above have a sleeping pattern... sleep at 10, wake up at 6:30 is perfect. you get 8 solid hours which is all you need.
