Well... I've been off the sauce for a while now, and weigh in at an astonishing 165... at 5'10...

Anyway... I'm looking to bulk up, and figure 3308 calories a day should do...

This is what I have planned:

1: Bowl of Vive Cereal
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of Cottage Cheese
1 Tablespoon of flax

2: 1 Meal Replacement Shake with 2 cups of 3.3% Milk

3: 2 cans of Tuna
2 Slices of Brown Bread
1 Orange
1 cup of water
1 Tablespoon of flax

4: 1 Meal Replacement Shake with 2 cups of 3.3% Milk

5: 6 oz of Chicken Breast
1 cup of Rice
1 cup of Frozen Veggies
1 cup of ice water

6: 1 protein shake made with 3.3% milk

I've calculated this to be around 3308 cals.. at 40/47/13 Protien/Carbs/Fats

What do you guys think? Should I be leaning more to favour Protein, and do you think this is enough cals?

It's like Vector, but it doesn't have as much simple sugar etc...
 
Anyone else have any ideas?
