whats up with Fina Farm?

I did a search here to see if anything was posted about Fina Farm. The last post I found was posted in the middle of march bitching about fina farm along with several other posts of the same nature. I placed an order with fina farm for a 2gram kit on May 3rd, payed to have it sent 1-2 days express and now here it is May 17th and nothing. But they have charged my credit card. When I call the number it says the number is blocked. Anyone have similar problems or know whats up with fina farm?

They have been put on a scammers list, or something of that sort at SSB. Their official response to the mods seems to be that they are fixing their problems.

Contact you CC company and challenge the charge. It won't get you your kit but it should get your money back. In most places it's illegal to charge the card prior to despatch unless you've agreed otherwise. Regardless, they haven't provided the service agreed upon.
