Shit I haven't posted on here in a grip. Ok, this is my story. Ever since my mother's been sick. I've kinda become a homebody because it's only her and I. I really don't go out as much anymore; only to play basketball 2 days out of the week. I was pretty depressed and shit because of everything that was happening, and my body just went downhill. I'm down to like 195 or something. And my body overall looks like shit. I need to get myself active again. I figured that, until my sister moves back home to help me out with my mom, that I should invest in some type of bench to help get me started again.
