whats up bros

Bros just want to say whats up,

I used to be a member then got out of lifting for a while because i tore my right pec muscle.

Decided to start over with a new account.

Just here to read threads and learn more.
 
i been training for about 5yrs trying different workout routines. I got all my lifts up to pretty substantial weight bench 315 for 10 reps. Squats 405 for 6 reps. Then i decided to give my joints a rest by doing reps 225 for squats 20 reps bench 185 20 reps. Did this routine for about 4 months
Heres how I tore my pec decided to go into gym and lift heavy again (how STUPID)
went into the gym warmed up with 135 then 185 then 225 275 315 then SNAP
before i tore my pec i weighd 240 7 percent body fat 6ft 3 in tall
now i weigh 220 9 percent body fat. and One skinny right arm from keeping it in sling for so long. NE way life goes on and i am back.

my training routine will be reps because i am so weak and mainly focus on my right arm to get it back to the same size as my left
