Its the offseason for me at the moment and i am weighing 257,my abs are still visable well the top 2 rows are,what do you guys consider to much,is it when you cant get into the jeans you wore last year,or is it when any visable sign of your cuts you so proudly showed to everyone this summer have all disapeared leaving a bloated looking ape of a bloke.
depends on you.i see no reason to gain a bunch of fat off season.people use that for an excuse to eat bad foods.you want to "bulk".ncrease your good carbs,protein,all your clean calories.still keep junk foods to a minum . yo'll gain weight wth less fat.just my .02,bro
