What's the worst cramp you ever got?

I just had to endure a massive "Taint" cramp. That was the most painfull cramp I think I have ever had. I started up clen around 5 days ago but just started taking my pottasium and taurine today. I should have started earlier. Anyone else ever had one of these kinds of cramps. I also get them under my jawbone when running a clen cycle and they hurt pretty bad too!

i had i cramp like that under my jawbone once when i was biting into a big ass sandwich and i hurt like a bitch it felt like i was going to get suck like that it hurt for so long
