ok so i have their attemtion now. what the hell do i say to them? i been out of the dating scene for a while. what topics should i stay at when talking with her? how intamite should i go
today will be our second date the first one went very well, she kept touching me and giggling(good vibes) is it ok to ask if she wants to be my girl?

I'm not sure I've been in many situations where someone flat out asked me to define the relationship-- especially a few dates in. I'd suggest going out some more. I guess for me, it usually gets to the point where you sort of assume that since you're always together you're "dating". Or you can ask (but I'd suggest waiting at least a few more dates) what she wants-- if she wants to date other people or just see you. Just make sure not to make her feel too "on the spot". Good luck.
