I've had meds. that are over $100 with insurance but won't list them.

I had to take Cipro once when it was being used to cure Anthrax.

it sucks when a good med doesnt have a generic brand yet
its all about the money

These asthma pills for my daughter are $109 for a month's supply. I think we're gonna just stick with the inhaler.

Yeah the companies have to make some money for all the research they spent developing the product though. At least Claritin is generic now.

i guess they do. i guess the almighty dollar comes before making people feel better
I used to get an infusion called "remicade" when i had insurance, i had to have it every 3 months, it was awesome
but it costed 7000 bucks a whack

Hopefully it will come through for you, that's a bad situation to be in

I t hink that meds with and with out insurance should be a hell of a lot cheaper. The govt wants people to pay top dollar yet they want people to be healed of all these illnesses.
I personally dont take meds. I am sure if i had a health problem I would but as of now i avoid prescribed meds at all costs.

most docs have stock in the drug company they write you scripts for. they have a drug for everything. they want you to be sick and take their drugs that exchange one ailment for another. in fact i need some drugs for restless leg syndrome. yes that is actually a condition/problem now and they have a drug just for that.

Probably $100.00 for antibiotics and a steroid for my dog's ear infection. Sadly, it came back. I think he will be on medication for the rest of his life.

Luckily, I have always had great insurance.

I have a friend getting that, now. He's been on it for a coupla years, with about a 1 year break in there. He was in on the trials for his condition. Price has come down a little bit. I think it's about $4,000.00 now, but he gets it about ever 6 weeks.
