they make instantized powder now..you just need a shaker bottle

the BLENDER cleaning kills me...LMAO!!!!!...my number 1 annoying thing...i do it 3X a day...damn it...i cant cook...

wow i hate that too HH and what i hate most is when i clean it i have a blender that is liek a cooler that is has that lever and i always press down the lever cause oats are stuck in there and i got to clean it...so i leave it like that and when its clean i put in milk and it all just pours out...it happens everytime and i get so pissed
 
I clean my blender once every evening.


Right after i use it ,i fill it up with water place top back on put in fridge until next time, Then in the dishwasher before bed.

Get yourself one of those immersion blender-thingies...those things Emeril calls "boat motors."

Beats the hell outta tearing apart a blender to clean it.

Actually, I just use shaker bottles..ON's 100% whey shakes up pretty damned easily. :drink2:
 
I have a single serving blender for one glass. I mix it and just run the hand blender under soap and water, a few swipes and it's clean.

I did that till I kept running out of the larger cups need for the blender and now just mix with a spoon in a cup. When I'm done drinking, I throw the cup into the DW.
 
This is my new annoyance and I feel bad that it bugs me so much. Our new receptionist can't figure out which paperwork is mine. So I haul stacks of paper back and forth all day because it's not mine.

It really is tricky but it's getting old.

I can eat up to 5000 cals and 400g of protein without doing shakes.... i get sick of them so fast it makes bulking not worth it.

Put a couple pieces of ice in it, soap, water, and turn it on for 15-20 seconds, then rinse. No need to take the blades out, it cleans itself. :)

I do all that, still anoying. Sorry, nothing really satisfies me :)

i do both man.lolol i eat tons trust me without the shakes. tuna,chicken,steak,lobster every night and whole wheat pasta one night of the week and cheat day sunday

whole foods = healthier lifestyle overall

try it, you'll feel better about yourself.

I do use some whey with my oatmeal and pudding, but doing the shake thing is a good way to ruing your appetite for anything you are mixing in there with it.
 
usually what i eat in a day

morning
3 whole eggs 6 egg whites
bowl of oatmeal
cup of tea with honey

shake around 10:00

2 cans of tuna for lunch with a bit of rice

another shake and i snack on stuff sometimes i get real hungry and grab a sub or go to extreme pita double the chicken pita yummy

then i eat some cottage cheese

steak and potato for supper with lobster tail, or 2 chicken breasts, i also have a musclemilk shake post workout good shit

and beofre i go to bed i eat some more cottage cheese.

What I'm saying is - whey protein (obviously it's gonna be in shake form) is more beneficial pre/post workout because you want protein that's quickly absorbed. That is not the case for the rest of the day.

I always use whey mixed with oatmeal for both pre and post workout.

whole food after a workout is NOT the way to go.

thats what I'm going for: loosing weight. I just try not to eat bad calories after 6pm (I stick to the chicken) and no carbs after 3pm

thats the thing i like clean calories. ill eat alot of what i said twice in a day.

I like how your diet looks like, well except the lobster (I just dont like seafood). I usually have only two pc of whole wheat toast for the whole day. The rest is eggs or clean meat and my whey protein mixed with glutamine powder

,whey mixed with glutamine powder is what i take plus i take a creatine stacker. i am definety getting my protein and carbs

well, I'm not going that far with the creatine. For extra protein sometimes I add meal replacement (38gr prot) and still add some whey protein in there ( flavorless). That way I get 170-190 gr of protein daily
 
Getting out of bed when I'd rather sleep a few more hours. No wait that's not it. The pressure of having to earn a living and having no control over many aspects of my daily life, i.e., the way other people drive.

How could I forget? When I type out a post or thread on elite and it doesn't go through. All that typing for nothing. I use to let loose with a string of expletives, often on the board. Now I only do it when noone is watching. LOL

Before you hit Submit Post select all the text and hit CTRL + C (or edit->copy) to copy the text to the clip board. You can always paste it on the screen again by hitting CTRL + V (or edit->paste). I do this for long posts.

you also stayed on anabolics for like 3 years right? what was your protein intake at it's buiggest?

Averaged 150 grams. I tried the high protein thing and it didn't work for me. I'll spare the details. Total calories do the trick.
