Whats the max dose of pure cee i can take?

I have been taking the pure CEE from the AF store for a few weeks. For my body weight the dose is 4 tablets before working out. I tried that dose 4x and nothing. So i moved to 5 tablets...still nothing. I dont feel any different than i did when i wasnt taking any supplements and i was just eating a shitload of carbs 1 1/2 to 2 hours before the gym. Im 5'11 and i weigh 206 lbs...used calipers and my BF is 18%. What do you guys think is a safe dosage?

P.S. I dont drink coffee, or soda, and i rarely eat sweet things because they make me feel sick.
 
are you no longer eating the carbs? because carb loading causes a big insulin spike which will make you quite "pumped". so trading one out for the other may not seem like a big difference in that aspect.

as far as dosage, effects should be noticeable at 4-5 caplets. try six or seven for a couple days.. if you are not getting the effect you want from that then perhaps its a diet (carbs) or expectations issue (you were already getting big pumps from the carbs you expected more).

what exactly were you expecting? pump and strength improvements are the most common.
 
Well im still eating a big carb meal before hand.....im not really sure what i expected. I normally dont take any supplements other than a multi vitamin and protein powder...im stuck on a plateau on my bench, and i was hoping that by changing my routine and taking this Pure CEE i would be able to break through the plateau. Once a product on EF is given a good rep by one person it seems like the whole group follows. I probably just expected too much from it. Thanks for the input.
 
well it should improve your strength, so expecting it to help you break through the plateau is reasonable.

are you looking to increase your 1RM or weight with your 4-8 rep sets. 1RM is more a function of CNS (though this does depend on form used) as opposed to muscle creatine levels. Especially at higher bodyfats where the greater stabilility that higher muscle creatine levels provides is provided to a great extent by intramuscular fat stores.
 
Im tryin to increase my 4-8 rep sets......I started lifting about a year ago...and although my routine has changed several times, my bench for the most part has stayed 5x5. I changed the flat bench part of my workout to a 10,8,6,4 routine. I do have a rather high amount of body fat...but im not really going for the BB look, i just want some strength and mass. Flat bench is in my first workout and that usually falls on a monday...so ill let you know what happens.
 
plateau destroyed.....although my workouts have been different they have for the most part been high weight low reps like i mentioned earlier. In the last year and a half that hasnt changed. I decided to take a break, and change to a more "bodybuilding" approach. I went from a 5x5 based workout to a 3 day split, still used Flat Bench, and Incline dumbell press as my main chest movements, i alternate them, one week Flat Bench first, then incline dumbells, the next week incline barbell and then flat bench. I kept deadlifts as my main back movement, and squats as my main leg movement....
I added 5 lbs to my bench the next week, and in the last month i added another 10. Now that i went from 5-7 reps to 10-12 reps with all my other movements i definately can see what the Pure Cee is doing, i come out of the gym with my skin feeling tight and sweating my ass off, and might have dropped some body fat as well. Ill probably end up keeping this 3 day split for a few more weeks, and then start a 5x5 and try to ramp my weights up some more.
