First time I used clen I never made it past 50 a day before I gave up on it. Sides and shakes were killing me. I think I did 3 days and said fuck this shit. I gave it a second shot and just kept on driving threw the sides. After week on the sides calmed down big time and it was smooth sailing after that.
pyramid up starting at 60 every three days, to 120 for three days , then i start tapering down 20 mcgs every three days for two weeks. it seems to work good for me at this dosage
