Whats the difference between a BA and a BS degree?

Bullshitter of Arts vs. Bullshitter of Science.

BAs - You want fries with that?

BSs - You want me to change that fry formula?

I know for my degree which was psychology--the difference depended on which field of psych you wanted to go into. If you are more into the biological, cognitive side of your major--they would probably recommend the BS which just involves additional math and science classes. It all depends on your personal interest.

Arts degrees are based on a series of common thoughts and principals that are subject to change based on addition to the body of knowledge.

Science degrees are based on a series of methods and procedures in a given discipline that are agreed to by all participants in that discipline.

Oh ok, my school only offered a BS so thats what I took. I guess I would be more along the lines of Analytical type studies.

9 times out a 10, its better to have a BS.

at my univ. the BS in CIS consist of a couple more programming classes and the BA consist of a couple more business classes.

In my case the BS looks better and really is better.
