I know white bread is the worst. I also heard that wheat just turns into fat. What other types of bread are better? How about rye or anything else? I never tried it. What in wheat makes you fat?
Alot of people will tell you that whole wheat breads and pasta are not the best carb source. You will hear alot about brown rice (my favorite), Beans, potatoes and yams (gross) ETC.
I never have had a problem eating whole wheat bread while on a cutting diet. Matter of fact, it is a staple for convenience sake. I say try it out and if it doesnt cause you any probs its a good carb choice. Of course when bulking it wouldnt matter if it was the cleanest carb or not anyway. -DOC
