what's the best to mix with sust if you want to stay lean for the summer

Going back on Sust soon but not sure what to mix if i want to stay cut for the summer, and also want to lose a little fat gained on previous cyle of sust without losing all I gained hop someone has a plan that would work thanks!
 
The biggest thing is diet. People expect supplements to do a lot more then they really do. Diet is everything. I always use this analogy. Look around your average gym. Everyone is doing pretty much the same exercises. Everyone is training at least remotely hard. Why do some people look good and the majority don't? It's what they are doing outside of the gym - their diet.

I train people for a living and time and time again I see people do or do not get the results they want depending on whether or not they understand diet and nutrition.

and big dog 21. we all know that we need genetics, diet and training. we are training, we do dieting and genetics is nothing we can change. so we need some details about training and details, that's why we're all here.
