I used to get stones, not heavily, but just enough to help me to sleep, that's the only time I would smoke it, I want to try and quit this habit because...
1. I get the munchies REAL bad, I think I consumed about 2000kcal in a couple of hours the other night.
2. It makes me wake up all groggy and takes me ages to actually wake up properly
I have heard Melatonin is good but how does it compare and is there anything else stronger, you know, something that just knockes you out.
