whats the best thing to clear up bloat from test deca?

nolvadex works for me, especially with deca that bloats me alot, at 10mg/day. i take it from day 1 of my cycle all the way through PCT. i up it to 20mg/day end of the cycle and run it an extra 2 weeks after PCT (with clomid of course). some guys take 20mg/day for bloat. i would start low and see what happens.
other's choose arimidex instead. i guess with experience you figure out what works better for you. i personally have never taken arimidex (only because nlova is easier for me to get and a lot cheaper for me). i never used femera or proviron either but i just ordered a bunch of proviron for the 2nd 1/2 of my cycle.

none of these works because water retention from deca is progestagenic, and these drugs are anti-estrogens. dostinex and bromocriptine are believed to combat progestagenic side effects, but I haven't used any of them personally.
However I wonder why you're so concerned about it. Deca rarely causes significant water retention and that little it causes is in fact desirable, because it makes you stronger and lubricates your joints.

yes im useing test prop and deca, so should i use the dostinex instead?
do i still use nova at the end? and id dotinex the same as USP A NASTROZOLE

i know i have been asking alot of pct questions lateley and shit, but thax everyone for helping. so should i keep the bloat through the cycle because it makes me stronger and helps joins and the use nove (or distenex) with the hcg and clomis?

What dosage for each? You should keep the Test dosage higher than Deca. Dostinex won't hurt....it will only reduce the prolactin build up from Deca plus you'll love the effects of the drug on libido, sex drive, and sex itself! Use the anastrozole (aka Arimidex) at .5mg EOD (may be higher depending on dosage) if you experience or are prone to bloat. If the additional H2O weight helps your joints (that's a whole 'nother post), don't use. Some are prone to excessive bloat, high BP, etc....but you may not have negative effects.
HCG...I like to use mid cycle 1000IU's MWF for two weeks...helps to get the boys back up to speed. As we all know, they tend to shrival up after about 5-6 weeks.
PCT...drjmw's is the only one that worked for me. Brief summary:
Week after last shot-HCG 1000IU's MWF for 3 weeks
Week after last shot-Nolvadex 20mg/day for 6 weeks
Clomid...add if you have 600mg or more of the gear, 100mg first three days, 50mg thereafter from week after last shot through Nolva. Check out drjmw's and jenetic's posts on the PCT forum....good, solid advice!
