What's the Best Routine For Me?

I have a cage, complete with squat rack, weight tower for lat pulldowns, flies, and rows.

I have a pullup bar. Boxing bag. and I have 30 and 40 lb dumbells.

I want to have good physique and still have power.
 
Look at the stickys for routines. also I dont think 30s & 40s will get you anywhere. invest in heaviers Dbs, Bar w/plates & donate the weight tower thingy. you want to do your lat work (ie deadlifts), chest (ie flyes) & rows w/ free weights!!
