MsBeverlyHills New member Jul 16, 2006 #2 Look at the stickys for routines. also I dont think 30s & 40s will get you anywhere. invest in heaviers Dbs, Bar w/plates & donate the weight tower thingy. you want to do your lat work (ie deadlifts), chest (ie flyes) & rows w/ free weights!! good luck
