whats the best pct after this cycle

After a cycle of anavar and eq what would be the best pct to take or would a pct not really be needed

im going to be taking 100mg of var for 50 days and 250mg of eq for 14 weeks
i would like to get like a pct like nolva clomid armidex but which one would be best is basically what im asking
