What's the BEST Multi-Vitamin?

Solgar makes a killer multivite/min. VM-75. real good combo, but its a tab. i like the twinlab or megaman (GNC) brand of caps myself, but i just like caps. also sport fuel by twinlab is top notch for me...caps and it has the "sport athelete" in mind. upshot is i usually use a capsule like megaman or VM-75 by solgar. Sport fuel #1 if i can find it local.

I think the capsule MVI's are better absorbed than the Tablet. There is tar in most tablets and other binders as well.
