In terms of quality, correct combination of Vitamins&Minerals, sufficient quantities, reliability of the label ..... cost no object

Solgar makes a killer multivite/min. VM-75. real good combo, but its a tab. i like the twinlab or megaman (GNC) brand of caps myself, but i just like caps. also sport fuel by twinlab is top notch for me...caps and it has the "sport athelete" in mind. upshot is i usually use a capsule like megaman or VM-75 by solgar. Sport fuel #1 if i can find it local.

I like Daily Two from Twinlab. I'm always up to trying new things though. I might have to check out Dorian's Multi.

I purchased a bottle of Utrition's Vitamin Juice based on the recomendation of Maximus2031. Just got it in the mail today, in fact.
Awsome product! Tastes ok and has a very impressive list of ingredients. Thanks bro.

I love Super Nutrition vitamins. They are capsules, but they break down quickly. I'm using their Super Blend right now. In addition to the reqular vitamins and minerals, they've also got alot of other things in there: CoQ10, DMAE, ALA, NAC, Grape seed extract, Ginko Biloba.....etc.

Dosages are high too: Vit C - 1500mg, B1(Thiamine) - 75mg, B6 - 200mg, E- 800iu, Zinc - 40mg, Magnesium - 600mg.

Been using their products for about 5 years. Their website is www.supernutritionusa.com. If I remember correctly, you can plug in your zip and it'll tell you where they're available.

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie here. I have been looking at some of the responses to what is the best multi. I always tell my clients that it's up to them. However, when you are taking a multi in a pill form, it's very difficult for your body to digest. It's takes your body 40 minutes to 4 hours to break down and at best your body may assimilate only 10% to 15% of what you are actually taking. I always recommend a high quality liquid vitamin. It's easier for the body to absorb and you absorb more bang for your buck! I always refer my clients to the following website, www.customizinglives.com, and look at the isotonix multi vitamin. It's a powder that you mix with 2 oz. of water and the body assimilates 95% to 98% in 4 to 5 minutes. By the way, it tastes great!

Check it out!

Metagenics multivitamin is probably the best on the market. It is a little more expensive than something you get at Walmart (not to far from GNC though) but for the quality of the vitamins it is worth it. Stay away from anything that says "oxide" as in magnesium oxide, etc. This is basically worthless junk and in fact is pretty much non absorbable which is why they also sell it as a laxative.
