What's the Best Fat Burner Powder Out there?

I have some stubborn belly fat that wouldn't just go away. I look tiny but I got some fat at my tummy that would'nt just go away. I guess most people would called it a pooch! Lol. Gross I know.

If anyone can help me with my diet , I would appreciate it!

Work Out suggestion is a Plus!

Powder, ULTIMATE ORANGE, if only, if only i could get my hands on that product. WOW, i mean, horrible for you yes, but wow. I swear that stuff was better than clen. I also used rip fuel fizz, rip fuel in a fruitjuice mix and again, good stuff. If anyone knows any stores that may still have that send a pm.

You can't spot reduce.......in losing bodyfat - you will lose the bf all over & not just in the one area....

You may want to try a product like the AF Store's YES - topical lotion...

There are a lot of fat burners out there.....how well they work depends on you, your body, your diet, etc.....it's very individual....

As for your "huh?" - you posted you have stubborn abdominal fat you'd like to lose.......You can't spot reduce or remove fat from 1 area on your body without also removing it from *all over* unless you get Plastic Surgery......and abdominal fat on women is stubborn & estrogenic, which is why I suggested a product like the AF Store's Yohimburn ES (YES).

I have read that good EFA's (essential fatty acids) can contribute to a more equil distribution of body fat. Hasn't worked for me, but at least you know.
