I would like to cut a few more bdf % points to get below 10% before I run a bulking cycle. I was thinking of using some clen. But I am getting confused by all the different posts on clen. Some say 2 weeks on 2 week off others say 2 days on 2 off. Some alternate with ECA, some do both together. Most agree that you should ramp up slowly starting with 1 pill then 2, 3 up to 6 or 7 per day. Some combine it with anavar or winny.
Can anyone help me make sense of all this?
