What's the 411 on the Nitrous supplement?

I've roamed the board but did not find any topics regarding the use of this NO product...

Since the price of supps is re-dick-u-lus-ly high in Europe i'm considering ordering that shit with an American supplier. Where should I order that (after having the answer to my first question)?
