Yay for FRIDAY!!!

On the more mundane aspects of life, I'm trying a variation of my diet since yesterday (moving all my daily carbs pre and post workout, to see if it has an impact on strenght) and this shit is backfiring in my face big time... I will give it a week, but eating 0 carbs until 7:00 pm is taking a toll on my sanity...besides I did not notice any significant strenght change (maybe all wishful thinking)

I am goofed up on vic's right now, at work, I have a horrible tooth ache.

My lower left cuspid is pushing against the lower left lateral and in turn they are both pushing the lower left central tooth forward. It hurts like a mofo. I'm sure this should be taken care of with braces but I'll probably have the cuspid taken out in Mexico, in about 2 weeks, don't have dental insurance at work and can't afford to do it here in the US :(

There's a 2 year old running very close to the road, with no one even watching her (except me, in horror from the office window) or close enough to stop her. My office is in the ghetto, government-housing right across the street.

She's also wearing nothing but a diaper, barefoot, and it's quite chilly today. I'm cold in my jeans & sweater..
 
Anyone know where Mozilla Firefox stores my bookmarks? I've had a fiasco and need about one billion bookmarks back, or my online time is going to be extremely unproductive.
 
Doing well. About to complete 1st week of eating well after a long break - feel alot better this week than I did last week.

Will make some calls re: rental rates of these apts. near my job. Go to the hair salon then get a pedicure and manicure.
 
just made it home from work and a little tired. Time for my capaccino from mc donalds. I don't know if yours will have it or not, but here it is at most Mc DOnalds. It's good. French Vanilla. Mmmmm

Look for this directory on your machine:

C:\Documents and Settings\capinto\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

replace capinto for your username

the file you want is in one directory there (could be several directories), its called bookmarks.html
 
Went out this evening to an Italian place. Light dinner - bruschetta and then mussells. Had 2 glasses of chianti and I'm definitely buzzed.
 
My grandfather turned 88 today. He had a 84 golf game two days ago. 88 and still puts me to shame. I hope that I am as active as he is when i'm that old. HE, is my motivation to workout. Lucky old fart

Ahhh her...I cut all strings off with her for about two months, but I've been hitting it again about once a week as of late.



If I was plat I'd put up a full sized avatar of her, but I can't change my avatar without going back to 100x100 size.

Just got back from the gym. My body is still trembling from the lifting (started new program). Why did they put the free weight room on the 2nd floor? I nearly fell down the stairs due my legs shaking like jello.
